As an important production equipment for construction projects, asphalt mixing plants require a high initial investment. Therefore, while smooth production is essential during operation, daily maintenance is equally critical. In addition to regular maintenance, day-to-day upkeep is also indispensable. Routine Maintenance

1. Clean the equipment after each work shift to keep its interior and exterior free from dirt, remove all mortar from the inside, and wipe down the external surfaces. Check the oil gauge daily and refuel as required to ensure proper lubrication. Store special tools and accessories in designated locations to prevent loss.

2. Run the equipment idle for 10 minutes before startup each day. Assign fixed operators to specific machines and minimize personnel changes; avoid replacing operators at will.

Regular Maintenance

1. Inspect all bolts of the tile adhesive production line at regular intervals (e.g., monthly) for loosening.

2. Replace lubricating oil on a regular basis.

3. Inspect the firmness of foot pedals periodically.

4. Check the hoist belt for slackness at fixed intervals.

5. Calibrate and verify the packaging machine regularly to ensure its accuracy and qualification.
