Our company undertakes the design, construction and equipment installation of large-scale asphalt storage and transportation warehouses in China. The process is mature, the design is reasonable, and it complies with national standards. The construction and installation strictly follow the construction and acceptance specifications of the state and the chemical industry department. The asphalt storage and transportation facilities consist of a loading and unloading system by railway, road or waterway; an asphalt storage, insulation, and heat-conducting heating system; a production system for emulsified and modified asphalt, a loading and unloading platform for oil; a microcomputer management system for the storage area; as well as facilities for lightning protection, fire prevention, and sewage treatment in the storage area. 

The heating system adopts a new heat transfer oil direct heating technology. The heat-absorbing body is circulated for transmission, which enhances the utilization rate of thermal energy, saves energy, and enables the heat transfer oil to achieve a higher working temperature under a lower operating pressure, ensuring safe operation and reliable temperature control. 

From the unloading of asphalt to the release of the finished asphalt oil, the asphalt remains in a fully enclosed state, without causing any environmental pollution, thus improving the working environment. 

The asphalt is stored in steel plate tanks. It is heated by coil pipes and corrugated sheets, and the tank is insulated with a double-layer of rock wool, resulting in minimal heat loss. 

Heating facilities for partial heating of the oil inside the tank can be set up. During the off-season of oil production, the asphalt is in a solidified state. After local heating to melt it, the temperature is raised to the oil production temperature. This avoids the long-term or repeated heating of the entire tank's asphalt, which could cause the asphalt to age. Thus, it ensures the quality of the asphalt and saves energy. 

The entire system is controlled and managed by microcomputers, featuring highly advanced operation functions. The output volume can be recorded, accumulated, settled at the end of the year, and printed on reports. It also displays various parameters on a full analog panel. The asphalt liquid level is shown on a steel tape liquid level panel, with high instrument accuracy and precise measurement. 

The asphalt transportation is carried out using a jacketed screw pump, and the valves are of the mid-line type produced by the American Mark Control Company, with a simple and reasonable structure.
